_________ NJS,J I.A. No.1 of 2022 Considering the submissions made and perusing the material on record, including the judgment dated 12.3.2022 in C.C. No.207 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandikotkur, it would appear that the 2nd respondent lodged the complaint against the petitioners in respect of the incident dated 25.4.2018, which was tried in C.C. No.207 of 2018, without mentioning the same in the complaint dated 06.6.2018, and the criminal action initiated by the
2nd respondent for the incident dated 25.4.2018, in the prima facie opinion of this Court, is not sustainable.
Therefore, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in C.C. No.211 of 2018 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandikotkur.
