         CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.92 of 2022


JUDGMENT:

When the appeal was listed on 30.08.2022 and

06.09.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the

appellant. Hence, the matter was listed to 07.09.2022

under the caption "for dismissal". Even then there was no

representation on behalf of appellant and the matter was

listed today. Even today also, there is no representation on

behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not

evincing any interest to prosecute the appeal.

In view of the same, the civil miscellaneous appeal is

dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous

applications shall stand closed.
