                          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

                          Considering     the   submissions     made    by

                   learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the

                   averments made in the affidavit filed in support of

                   the application, the impugned proceedings dated

                   08.08.2021 issued by the CCLA, Vijayawada is

                   hereby suspended.      Further, the respondents are

directed to release the encashment Earned Leave of

300 days to the petitioner in view of the judgment of

a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.196 of

2022, dated 16.02.2022.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
