Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that, in view of the stay granted by this Court, proceedings in the matter are held up before the trial Court.

Since stay is not in force in view of the judgment the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

Post the matter after four weeks.
