I.A.No.2 of 2022 This petition is filed for stay of operation of the decree and judgment in MVOP.No.106 of 2017 dated 22.04.2022 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal- cum-II Additional District Judge, Parvathipuram pending disposal of the appeal.

Contd., Learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant/respondent No.2 submitted that the liability of the insurance company was challenged on the grounds that the deceased was travelling on a thrashing machine attached to tractor etc., Since the hearing and disposal of appeal would take considerable time, it is a fit case to grant stay as prayed for on the condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50% of the amount awarded together with proportionate interest and costs within eight (8) weeks from the date of this order. If the petitioner fails to comply the condition, interim order stands vacated.
