appearing on behalf of appellant Nos.2 to 6, who came on record

pursuant to the order, dated 21.02.2022 passed by this Court,

seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal Suit

since the matter was settled out of Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly this appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
