The present I.A. No.1 of 2021 is filed seeking extension of interim stay granted in Crl.R.C.M.P. No.915 of 2014 in Crl.R.C.564 of 2014.

This Court vide order dated 19.03.2014 granted stay of all further proceedings in Criminal Appeal No.163 of 2005 on the file of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vijayawada.

The present I.A. was filed seeking extension of the interim order in view of the Judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in "Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited & another vs Central Bureau of Investigation" reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim stay granted earlier is extended by four (4) more weeks.

Post this matter after four (4) weeks.
