JUDGMENT:-
During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing on
behalf of the appellant submitted that he filed a letter on 13.02.2022
in which he stated that the appellant through her letter 07.02.2022
requested him to withdraw the appeal as the same is settled out of
Court and do not want to continue the litigation. In view of the
same learned counsel prayed this Court to accord permission to
withdraw the appeal suit.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications are
closed.
