              CRIMINAL PETITION No.7404 OF 2013

ORDER:

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of

this Court by the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, that

after filing of charge sheet by the police, the case was numbered as

Sessions Case No.225 of 2018 and the accused was acquitted by

the Court of V Additional Sessions Judge, Eluru, vide judgment

17.07.2019. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication

in the present Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this

Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
