As seen from the judgment of the first appellate court, there was no proper compliance of Order XL1 Rule 31 CPC. In view of the above, the following substantial question of law arises for determination in this Appeal:-
"Whether the judgment of the first appellate court is in compliance of Order XL1 Rule 31 CPC or not?
Hence, ADMIT the Second Appeal.
