Notice to the respondents.
Heard both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents issued the present impugned order dated 30.5.2022 without issuing notice to the petitioner, which is contrary to the observations made by the High Court in catena of judgments.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the respondents issued notices to assignee and purchases who are no way connected with the subject property.
Learned counsel contending that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property has filed latest electricity bills in support of the said contention.
Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the material on record, the impugned proceedings dated 30.5.2022 issued by the 4th respondent are hereby suspended. The respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land.
