                    APPEAL SUIT No.29 of 2012

ORDER:

This Appeal Suit is filed against the judgment and decree dated

08.07.2011 in O.S.No.63 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District

Judge, West Godavari District at Uluru.

In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'

from yesterday to today as there was no representation for the

appellant yesterday also, there is no representation today as well.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
