JUDGMENT:-

There was no representation on either side on 01.07.2022.

Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "for

dismissal". Despite the matter being listed under the caption, "for

dismissal" on 08.07.2022, there was no representation for the

appellants.

Today i.e., on 15.07.2022, there is no representation for the

appellants. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution, accordingly. No costs.
