JUDGMENT:

As there was no representation on behalf of the appellants

on 14.06.2022, 29.06.2022 and 01.07.2022, the matter was

directed to be posted to today under the caption "for dismissal".

Even today i.e., on 04.07.2022, there is no representation on

behalf of the appellants. It indicates that the appellants are not

evincing any interest in pursuing the matter. This Court is left

with no option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this M.A.C.M.A.

shall stand closed.
