09. 13.04.2022 SRS,J This Court by order, dated 10.02.2020, directed the Registry to issue notice to appellant Nos.1 and 2. Thereafter the matter was listed on three occasions i.e. on 23.02.2022, 16.03.2022 and 23.03.2022.

Since service of notice was not placed in the record, on 23.03.2022, this Court directed the Registry to verify with regard to service of notice.

As per the endorsement of the Registry, the notices sent to appellant Nos.1 and 2 were returned unserved. A perusal of the registered covers shows that the returned covers do not contain endorsement of the postal authorities.

As per the cause title, the appellants are residents of Thimmapuram, Guntur District. Therefore, learned Principal District Judge, Guntur District is requested to affect service of notice on the appellants i.e. Bollineni Satyanarayana, S/o Late Pullaiah and Bollineni Nageswara Rao, S/o Late Pullaiah in A.S.No.131 of 2000 preferred against judgment and decree, dated 21.04.1999 passed in O.S.No.181 of 1986 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada and send report by 27.04.2022.

Registry is directed to dispatch copy of this order to the learned Principal District Judge, Guntur District.
