Mr.Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel appearing for respondent

No.1 and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for

respondents 2 to 4, submit that the Writ Appeal has been rendered

infructuous as the same is preferred against an interim order and the

Writ Petition was finally disposed of.

Be that as it may. Since on three consecutive occasions, learned

counsel for the appellant has not appeared, Writ Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications are closed.
