grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to
the Judgment and Decree dated 41-09-2019 made in AS. 99 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble
Family Court cum XII Addl. District Judge at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, pending disposal of
SA.No. 64/2020 on the file of the High Court. --

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed
herein, and the orders of the High Court dated. 17-08-2020 and 07-09-2020 made herein and
upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.Yathindra Dev, Advocate for the Appellant and of Sri
V.V.L.N.Sharma, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following -

ORDER:

"The interim order granted by this Court earlier is extended subject to condition of the appellant depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with costs to the credit of the suit within a period of one (1) month from today and the same is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent without furnishing any security.

Post the matter for final hearing, after summer vacation of 2021".
