Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Writ Appeal, the High Court may be
pleased to suspend the impugned Judgment of the learned single judge in WP No.8607
of 2020, dated 12.05.2020 and declre the same as in executable and violative of
Articles 14 of the Constitution, pending disposal of WA No. 324 of 2020, on the file of
the High Court.
