the judgment and decree dated 74-11-2020 in OS. No. 02 of 2017 on the file of the Vi
Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu at Gooty, pending disposal of AS No. 334 of
2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated. 05-01-2021 made herein
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Prabhakar Sripada, Advocate for the
Petitioners, the Court made the following
