DORA presented this Second Appeal under Section 100 CPC against the order dated to
set aside the decree and Judgment dated 10.10.2014 of the Hon'ble Court of the
principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, in A.S.NO.2/2012 in dismissing the appeal and
confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 28.10.2011 passed in O.S.NO.450 of 2004
on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, at Gajuwaka by allowing the appeal.
