Heard Mr. V. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the

appellant.

Also heard learned Govt. Pleader for Services I for

respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.G.V.L. Murthy, learned counsel for

respondent No.4.

I.A.No.2 of 2020 is an application to grant leave to the

appellant to file writ appeal against the order dated 09.11.2020

passed in W.P.No.20062 of 2020.

It is contended in the application that the appellant is the

legally wedded wife and respondent No.4/ the writ petitioner is no

way concerned with the deceased Gurrala Sree Rama Chandrudu,

and yet, she is claiming compassionate appointment as the

daughter of Gurrala Sree Rama Chandrudu. The appellant was not

made as party in the writ petition.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we grant leave to appeal.

Operative portion of the order dated 09.11.2020 passed in

W.P.No.20062 of 2020, reads as follows:

"In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.07.2019, strictly in accordance with law and prevailing Rules, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and dispose of. The learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to forward a copy of the above representation of the petitioner, dated 17.07.2019, for convenience of the 3rd respondent along with fresh representation, giving details as to the circumstances under which the petitioner was made to approach the 3rd respondent, including a copy of this order as well as a copy of the Writ Petition. No costs."

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we deem it

appropriate to permit the appellant to file her own representation

within four weeks from today and in the event the same is filed,

the same shall also be taken into consideration while disposing of

the representation dated 17.07.2019 filed by respondent No.4/writ

petitioner.

With the aforesaid, I.A.No.2 of 2020 and the Writ Appeal are

disposed of. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand

disposed of.
