of C.P.C., against the Judgment and decree dated 30-10-2019 made in
A.S.No.13/2013 on the file of the court of the Ill Additional District Judge, Guntur,
Guntur District reversing the judgment and decree dated 14-11-2012 made in I.P.No.
69 of 2010, on the file of the court of the | Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur,
Guntur District;

1.A.No. 1 of 2021 :

Petition under Order 41 Rule 5 R/w. Section 151 CPC praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to
grant stay of all further proceedings including sale petition schedule property in
pursuance of the judgment and decree d.30-10-2019 made in A.S.No. 13/2013 on the
file of the court of the Ill Additional District Judge, Guntur, pending disposal of
CMSA.No. 2 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memo of
grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.V.S. Mehar Kumar,
Advocate for the Appellant, the Court made the following
ORDER :-

"Post the matter after four(4) weeks.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an order of stay of all further proceedings
pursuant to the paper publication in respect to the auction of the schedule
property until further orders."
