presented this Second Appeal under Section 100 CPC AGGRIEVED by the Judgment
and Decree dated 11-11-2020 in A.S No. 79 of 2014 of the XII Addi. District Judge
Narasaraopet, confirming the Judgment and Decree in OS No. 126 of 2009 of the
Principle Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri MV SURESH Advocate for
the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to
why this SECOND APPEAL should not be admitted.

Ganga Siva Nagendramma, W/o. late Rama Rao, Hindu Aged 58 years, Occ-
Housewife, R/o. Near Dr. G. Venkata Suresh Hospital, Chilakaluripet town, Guntur
District.

are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate, as to
why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy
enclosed) this SECOND APPEAL should not be admitted, within four weeks
