The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/accused in judgment dated 08.07.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.7 of 2019 on the file of learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in judgment dated 17.12.2018 passed in C.C.No.180 of 2016 on the file of learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise Court, Ongole, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise Court, Ongole and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise Court, Ongole, Prakasam District.
