for the appellant and Sri R.R.K.Durga Siva Kumar,
learned counsel for the respondents. Upon
considering the decrees and judgments of the appellate Court and the trial Court, since the following question of law arises for determination in this second appeal, ADMIT.
"1. Whether the Courts below are justified in disbelieving the evidence of D.W.2 and D.W.3, who are the attestors of Ex.B1 holding that the appellant to remove all the suspicious circumstances surrounded the will and the appellant fail to remove the suspicious circumstances and fail to prove the execution of will by late Kanakaratnamma during her lifetime by holding that Ex.B1 will is not true, valid and binding on the respondents?"
