ORDER:-

      Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Government       Pleader   for   Panchayat   Raj   appearing    for   the

respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is

a covered matter, in view of the earlier common order passed by

this Court in Writ Petition No.955 of 2021 and batch, and thereby

prayed to pass orders accordingly in this Writ Petition also.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj would also

fairly concede that this is a covered matter, in view of the aforesaid

earlier order of this Court and thereby prayed to pass appropriate

order in terms of the said common order, in this Writ Petition also.

As can be seen from the common order passed in Writ

Petition No.955 of 2021 and batch, which was earlier passed by

this Court, the present dispute is squarely covered by the said

judgment. So, the petitioner, who is similar placed, is also entitled

to the same relief.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms

of the earlier common order passed by this Court in Writ Petition

No.955 of 2021 and batch. Office is directed to enclose a copy of

the said common order in Writ Petition No.955 of 2021 and batch,

to this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition,

shall stand closed.
