1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents, who has provided a copy of the written instructions indicating that the matter would be decided soon.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the written instructions, which has been provided to the Court under the signatures of S.D.O. Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, it would be appropriate that the petition be disposed of by accepting the statement given by the S.D.O. Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar in the shape of written instructions that the matter shall be decided soon.
3. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the S.D.O. concerned shall consider and decide the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
