1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

2. The applicants have approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Family Judge, III, Family Court, Lucknow to decide Case No. 872 of 2023, under Section 125 CrPC along with application for interim maintenance.

3. The aforesaid case of the applicants is pending since 06.05.2024 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicants prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to decide the application for interim maintenance filed by the applicants along with the application under Section 125 CrPC, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

5. This application stands disposed of.
