HON'BLE MANISH KUMAR NIGAM, J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed against an order dated 07.11.2025 by which an application moved by the petitioner for framing an issue and remanding the same to the trial court, has been rejected by the appellate court.
3. In my view, no illegality has been committed by the court below, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
4. However, in case, at the time of disposal of the appeal, the appellate court finds that framing of issue is necessary then the same may be framed be remanded without being prejudiced by this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of.
