The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner(s) Yogendra Singh, with the prayers to set aside the impugned order dated 20.09.2025 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar in Criminal Revision No. 126 of 2025, (Yogendra Singh Vs. State U.P. and others) as well as the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by Ist Additional CJM, Gautam Budh Nagar in Application No. 7/2025 (Yogendra Vs. Abhinav) under Section 175(3) BNSS, 2023.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall seek the appropriate remedy available to him under law.

5. Prayer is allowed.

6. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
