1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and learned Counsel for the opposite party no.2.
2. It is informed by the Counsel for the parties that the matter has been compromised inter se in between the parties before the Mediation Forum at District Court.
3. Considering the submission of the Counsel for the parties and in view of the law as explained in the case of Gian Singh vs State of Punjab and another (2012) 10 SCC 303, the entire proceedings of Charge-sheet No.65 of 2023 dated 17.09.2023 arising out of FIR No.121 of 2022, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Lakhimpur Kheri are quashed.
4. The application is allowed.
