The present revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 08.10.2024 passed in sessions No. 2512/2023, "State Vs. Rahul Kumar Maurya", whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Lucknow, rejected the discharge application filed by the revisionist.

Perused the record as well as the impugned order dated 08.10.2024 shows that during investigation, last seen evidence has been found against the revisionist. Learned trial court has given specific finding at 2-3 instances where the prima facie case against the revisionist is made out. There appears to be no illegality in the impugned order. The trial is under Section 302/364/201 IPC.
The revision is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
