1. Admit.
2. Summon the lower court record by the next date fixed.
3. Sri Ravindra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party seeks two weeks' time to file objection.
4. Time prayed for is allowed.
5. List this case on 03.01.2025.
6. In the meanwhile until further order of this Court the judgment dated 30.08.2024 and decree dated 10.09.2024 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.14, Kanpur Nagar passed in SCC Revision No.72 of 2020 shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits the entire decreetal amount, if not already deposited, within a maximum period of one month and continues to pay Rs.15,000/- per month towards the rent and damages for occupation of the tenanted premises on seventh day of every month beginning from the month of December, 2024.
7. However, it is made clear that in the event of default of complying with the directions issued hereinabove, the petitioner would be liable to be evicted at the instance of the landlord in accordance with law.
