The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 arising from the judgment and order dated 03.10.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi in Case No.446 of 2013 (Shailesh Kumar Singh Vs. Smt. Karun Maurya), whereby the learned court below has provided for interim maintenance under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month to the respondent during pendency of the divorce case instituted by the respondent.

4. The present appeal has been filed for enhancement of the interim maintenance awarded.

5. The present appeal has remained pending for seven years without any interim order. It appears to have rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

6. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
