1. The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 26.02.2024 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar in Matrimonial Case No.692 of 2021 (Avnish Kumar Chauhan Vs. Smt. Anjali Rana) filed under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984.

In Re: Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.03 of 2024

2. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed withdrawal application. It has thus been disclosed that during pendency of the present appeal, the parties have reached settlement, as noted in the order passed in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh dated 02.09.2024 in Criminal Revision No.582 of 2023. A copy of which is enclosed with the withdrawal application.

3. In view of the settlement reached, the application is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
