1. The petitioner has approached this Court praying for fair investigation with regard to FIR dated 19.12.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0936 of 2023, under Section 385 IPC, Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur.

2. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for fair investigation in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
