Review application has been filed challenging judgment and order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 4926 of 2023.

It has been submitted that the aforesaid judgment has been passed indicating only three appointment letters whereas there were four appointment letters, which had been issued.

In the considered opinion of this Court, for the aforesaid error, correction application instead of review petition would be maintainable.

In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this review petition with liberty to file a correction application.

Considering aforesaid submission, the review is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file an application for correction.
