1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned State counsel is present, who has been heard.

2. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants- Sohan Lal, Ram Chandra & Raghunath against the judgment and order dated 01.08.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge F.T.C.-I, Rampur in Sessions Trial No.321 of 2005, Police Station Shahbad, District Rampur.

3. As per office report dated 01.03.2024, a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellants in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 11.01.2024 informed that the appellants- Sohan Lal, Ram Chandra & Raghunath have died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

5. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
