Heard Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Panel Lawyer for the appellant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that against the impugned judgment and order dated 18.12.2021 and sentencing order dated 21.12.2021, Criminal Appeal No.5084 of 2024 has already been preferred by the appellant before this Court, which has already been admitted vide order dated 10.05.2024, as such, the instant Jail Appeal is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed.

Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Panel Lawyer for the appellant cold not dispute the aforesaid facts.

In view of the above, the instant jail appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.

The instant jail appeal be accordingly consigned to record.
