1. Heard Sri Brajendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for a direction being issued to concerned court below to accept a personal bond and two sureties in all eight cases being Case Crime No.268 of 2022, under Sections 342, 392, 411 I.P.C., Case Crime No.288 of 2022, under Sections 379, 411, 413 I.P.C., Case Crime No.501 of 2022, under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C., Case Crime No. 424 of 2022, under Sections 323, 386, 34 I.P.C., Case Crime No.1052 of 2022, under Sections 379, 411 and Case Crime No.25 of 2023, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act.

Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is involved in eight cases and has been granted bail but he is unable to provide separate bonds and sureties for all cases and submits that the court below may be directed to accept one bail bond and two sureties in all six cases. Counsel for the applicant has provide the detail of those cases in para -6 of the memo of application. The bail orders in respect of all the cases have been annexed as Annexure 1 to the application. In support of his submission, counsel for the applicant has also relied upon a judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vickky Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.(s) 8914-8915/2018, decided on 29.10.2018], to establish that the Supreme Court has directed to accept the one personal bond and two sureties for all cases.

4. Learned A.G.A. could not oppose the aforesaid submission.

5. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions, I direct that the court below will accept one personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned for all the eight cases narrated above. The same bond and two sureties may be treated to be submitted in both cases.

6. The application stands disposed of.
