1.This is the third bail application. First was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.4.2019 and second was rejected on 19.2.2020.

2. None present on behalf of the applicant. Sri R.K.Singh, learned A.G.A. is present.

3. The applicant has approached this Court by way of filing the present Criminal Misc. Bail Application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.609 of 2014 under Section 302 I.P.C. and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Dhoomangaj, District-Allahabad.

4. This Court takes note of that during pendency of this bail application trial has been concluded and judgment has been passed on 11.8.2023, whereby the applicant has been convicted.

5. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, nothing survives to decide, therefore, this bail application is disposed of.
