And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vimal Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the controversy involved in this case is squarely covered by a detailed judgment of this Court dated 06.07.2023 passed in Writ C No.9773 of 2023 (Sakshi And 77 Others v. State of U.P. And 32 Others) alongwith various other writ petitions.
3. Having perused the record, I find that the petitioners have made request from the respondents to grant them additional chance to appear in the papers, in which, they had failed thrice, in the year 2022 itself.
4. I am of the view that the petitioners are also entitled for the same reliefs as have been accorded to the petitioners of the aforesaid writ petitions decided by order dated 06.07.2023.
5. In view of above, the writ petition succeeds and is allowed.
6. A writ of Mandamus is issued to the respondents to provide additional chance to the petitioners to appear in paper, in which the petitioners failed in D.El.Ed./B.T.C. course, in the ensuing examination.
