1. Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 10.11.2006 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Court No.20, Allahabad in S.T. No.973 of 2005.

3. As per the office report dated 25.8.2023, a report of C.J.M., Prayagraj dated 23.6.2023 has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Nanhey has died on 24.2.2021. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

4. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant has died.

5. In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.

6. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
