1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner claims that he never made any personal request for transfer whereas the transfer order came to be passed on 16.06.2021 on compassionate ground. He has further relied upon the judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No.12184 of 2018 (Mahboob Khan vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) decided on 06.07.2018.

3. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the petitioner since had already joined the place pursuant to the aforesaid order there is no option to challenge the same however, after a lapse of two years.

4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction that in the event the petitioner prefers a representation within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of strictly in accordance with law within a further period of three weeks.
