1. Sri Vijay Prakash, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3, which is taken on record.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Vijay Prakash, learned Counsel representing respondent Nos.2 and 3.

3. A similar matter has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 19.11.2015 in W.P. No. 10743(MB) of 2015, M/s Shatkashi Construction Company v. State of U.P. and others, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam. Accordingly, this matter is also covered by the decision in the case of Tajveer Singh v. State of U.P. and others [1997 ALJ 285]. The petitioner shall also be entitled to the same benefits.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
