Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

By means of present petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to expedite the proceeding of Transfer Application No. 168/A, Computerized Case No. C-202215000001393(Ramesh Chand vs. Sub Divisional Officer(Sagari) & Others) filed under Section 212(2) of U.P. Revenue code, 2006, (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code'), pending before respondent No. 2.

By a detailed judgment passed in Writ-C No. 17072 of 2023 (Daya Shankar Vs. State of U.P. and 4 Others) dated 19.05.2023, directions were issued to expedite the proceedings under the Code of 2006. Therefore, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the above judgment.
