Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Alok Kumar Tripathi, Advocate for respondents 2 and 3 as also perused the judgment under review.

On due consideration to the submission advanced and perusal of the order under review, there does not appear to be any illegality in order dated 21.4.2023 passed by this Court. No error which is apparent on the face of the record is evident from perusal of the order.

The application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
