1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.

2. The contention of the Counsel for the petitioners is that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 21.04.2022 passed in Writ-A No.38477 of 2016 (Balrendra Prasad Rai and others vs State of U.P. and others).

3. As the issue is covered by the said judgment and the directions have been issued by this Court on 21.04.2022, the present petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions. The benefit granted to the petitioner of the said writ petition shall be given to the petitioners of the present writ petition.
