District Inspector of Schools, Budaun, shall file a personal affidavit bringing the following facts and particulars in the record:

A. The relevant mandatory provisions for grant of recognition to an institution. In particular requirements for (a) Playgrounds (b) Toilets (C) Size of Classrooms and provisions for electric light, natural light and ventilation.

B. The manner in which the institution had satisfied the eligibility criteria for grant of recognition.

C. Full particulars of the infrastructure, number of class rooms, restrooms, etc. along with its dimensions in the school premises.

D. Details and full dimensions of the playground existing within the premises of the institution.

E. Whether any physical inspection of the institution was conducted? If yes, details of the inspection report?

F. Any other relevant details.

G. Status of the application submitted by the petitioner.

The petitioner shall also file an affidavit disclosing the status of the infrastructure, other facilities, dimensions of the playground along with relevant criteria provided for recognition in the institution.

Learned Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit before the next date of listing.

Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha, Government of U.P., Lucknow, shall file an affidavit on the next date of listing disclosing the policy of the State Government as regards compliance of judgment of this court in M/s G.S. Convent School v. State of U.P. and 3 others reported at 2019 (11) ADJ 274. and policy of State Government to provide for playgrounds for children in schools in future. A tabulated form of all schools with dimensions of playgrounds in the school premises shall be disclosed.
