Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.

This appeal, at the behest of The United India Insurance Co., challenges the judgment and decree/award dated 14.1.1997 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tirbunal/IVth-Additional District Judge, Hamirpur in M.A.C.T No. 30 of 1995 whereby the Court below had awarded a meager amount of compensation.

On the ground of meagerness of amount and smallness of quantum of compensation, this appeal challenging the award cannot be entertained as that is not the question of law decided by this Court.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.

Stay, if any, is vacated.

Record and proceedings be sent back to the tribunal.

The amount be disbursed to the claimants forthwith.
